Polaris technology as global solution for compliance with European Directive 1999/13/CE.

Has just been delivered to a primary pharmaceutical company near Milan, a combined plant for the treatment of gaseous emissions in compliance with European Directive 1999/13/CE.

The solution is based on cryogenic treatment of process emissions, and adsorption on activated carbon with dry regeneration for diffused emissions.

Polaris applications in Mexico.

An important Mexican chemical company has chosen the Polaris technology for the recovery of freon R22/R23 by means of cryogenic condensation. Polaris won the competition against competitors also of greater dimensions, thanks to the availability of more advanced technology and to the capability to propose a reliable solution, tailor-made and with better performances.

Global solution for solvent recovery and cost reduction for waste water disposal.

Polaris has been awarded from a primary pharmaceutical company for the supply of a system for the recovery of solvents from production wastes by means of the internal reflux distillation technology. The installation will contain the biggest column never constructed from Polaris, with capacity 1500000 kcal/h. The technology has been chosen after several months of pilot tests and comparison with other recovery technologies from customer side. The system includes also a section for the waste water treatment of drainage by means of evaporation and continuous distillation with capacity 1500 kg/h.
